Really good service and prime location

the staff helped with my luggage upon arrival i felt very welcomed. i also appreciated the promptness and friendliness at the front desk. the breakfast had many options i did not get bored. my room had fantastic views of the city i enjoyed it.

the telephone in the room did not work i could not contact reception. i informed the front desk but it was not fixed . this made it difficult to address issues promptly.

the hotel is near many restaurants and convenience stores i found everything i needed. a laundry service is right in front making it very convenient. ayala triangle and the ayala malls are also nearby it is a prime location.

the gym has good equipment i was able to maintain my workout routine. i noticed a pool is available i did not use it. there are many eateries and cafes nearby they provide many choices.

the staff is top notch they are always smiling and ready to assist. tin did housekeeping for my room she was cheerful smiley and professional. maljo and jerry were also very helpful and professional it was a plus.

The breakfast was quite limited. there was no buffet available. Instead, i had to choose from a small list. the vegetarian options were especially scarce. also, i had some issues with the telephone not working and the lack of hot water in the bathroom.
